Our Leadership

Daunta Long is married to Michelle Horton-Long and has three sons (Chandler, Chase and Chad). He is the senior pastor at Seed Planters McDonough. In 2017, Pastor Long was sent out to plant a church in McDonough, GA.

Daunta A. Long is an ordained elder in the Church of God in Christ, Inc. He was ordained in 2007.

Michelle is married to Pastor Daunta Long and has three sons (Chandler, Chase and Chad). She serves in both the music ministry and children's ministry. In 2017, she along with her husband, were sent out to plant a church in McDonough, Ga.

Michelle has a Masters of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is an MTSS Coordinator in Clayton County Public Schools.

Wendell Potts is married to Valenta and is the father of five children and 3 grandchildren. He oversees the prayer ministry and the staff team along with our senior pastor. He was ordained in 1997.  Wendell has served at Seed Planters McDonough since 2020.

Wendell holds a bachelors of arts in biblical studies. He resides in McDonough, GA.

William Costen is the father of three children (Christian, Dakota and Destin). He oversees operations and buildings and grounds. William has served at Seed Planters McDonough since 2019.  In addition, William is known as one of Atlanta's premier gospel DJ. 

Anna is the mother of two children (Nale'sha and Israel). She oversees Worship and Arts and leads the SPROUTERS children's ministry. Anna has served at Seed Planters McDonough since 2020.

Anna works tirelessly helping obtain their General Education Development (GED).
